Artist's version of Characters

Lilian the visual artist, drew up 2 new sketches for the pocket cafe characters..I like them! so sweeeeeet!!! only the first draft tho, she, me n leonard had a meeting to ensure that the end product will come out as we had envisioned.

Spiderman 3

So the whole of Tyler went to watch Spiderman 3 last night as part of team bonding.
They taught that team bonding was of utmost importance during SE(Software Engineering)...so this time... the team bonding is FIERCE!
damn, should have videoed it or something for the final presentation.

I think I like Tobey Maguire better when was "possessed" by the Venom creature...as Spiderman he's so goody goody... so boring...
but as Venom with his hair combed down and sorta oily and his crazy eyes...he was so much more fun...granted, he was pretty mean haha...but it was funny
& Aunt May is so sweet and kind...i cant believe she could just forgive uncle ben's killer...we could all learn to be nicer like her.
anyways i like the orginal spiderman 1 the best. im bored with the spiderman franchise already.
i cant wait to watch pirates of the carribean...i need to know what happens to Jack Sparrow!

Character Sketches

Because the good people of TylerProjects trust my artistic abilities, they have put me in charge of personalizing the characters in the game (given my flair for the over-dramatic) and doing up character sketches for Pocket Cafe. So after meeting up with Tyler, it was decided that I will do up 5 characters first - 2 female waitresses, a female chef, a male chef and a female manager. Why, would u ask, why arent there more male characters? Why arent the XY chromosomes representin'?! Well, for now, Pocket Cafe is meant to be more of a girlish game, however this may be subject to changes in the future;).

Part 2: After personalizing + sketching the characters, got to contact and outsouce the artwork designs to this artist whose was featured in Indigo magazine(june issue) as Crevantes de Leonard of TylerProjects thinks her artwork would be suitable for the game.

FYP Blog Introduction

Basically I've got myself a blog to document my IS480 FYP Pocket Cafe Project which I'm collaborating on with TylerProjects. Why a blog, since I'm not really the blogging type.... Well the consumer-created content phenomenon of blogs is totally dominating and this project gives me a good reason to host a blog. Also, it would be a great way for TylerProjects and my Profs to monitor my work haha! And potential Pocket Cafe players can find out more about the creative and work processes behind the game, and perhaps be involved in it too;)
